JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol" is the National operator for managing international and national highways with a total length of 25 thousand kilometers.
The National operator is entrusted with controlling the construction, reconstruction, repair, maintenance of international and national highways, and the development of roadside service facilities along the roads. The joint-stock company "KazAvtoZhol" is also the organizer of toll roads.

Our Services
We offer modern solutions in intelligent transport systems, including closed, hybrid, and open toll collection systems. Our proprietary software is based on open-source code and microservice architecture. Our solutions are used on the existing 4 toll sections in Kazakhstan. We also offer solutions for organizing access control and entry/exit registration for vehicles in residential complexes, shopping centers, paid parking, and toll roads.

Currently, there are 17 toll sections operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan with a total length of 3,221 km, including 11 sections of the 1st technical category totaling 2,161 km, and 6 sections of the 2nd and 3rd technical categories totaling 1,060 km.
The first section, "Astana–Shchuchinsk," became a toll road in 2013.
Since January 2019, the routes "Astana–Temirtau," "Almaty–Khorgos," and "Almaty–Konaev" have operated on a toll basis.
Starting from November 23, 2021, the following routes have also become toll roads: "Astana–Pavlodar," "Taraz–Kainar," "Shymkent–Kyzylorda," "Shymkent–Taraz," "Shymkent–Uzbekistan Border," "Konaev–Taldykorgan," and "Shchuchinsk–Kokshetau."
In 2023, six more toll sections were gradually launched from October 8 to December 1: "Pavlodar–Kalbatau," "Beineu–Akzhigit," "Uralsk–Samara," "Pavlodar–Omsk," "Kokshetau–Petropavlovsk," and "Uralsk–Saratov."
Along the national highways, 1,274 or 83% of roadside service facilities have been brought into compliance with the National Standard.
To provide road users with up-to-date information on roads, the Sapar application has been developed, offering a digital map of national roads and roadside service facilities.
