Ombudsman
Ombudsman is a person appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company, whose role is to advise employees who contact him, participants in labor disputes, conflicts and assist them in developing a mutually acceptable, constructive and the implemented solution, taking into account compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including compliance with confidentiality if necessary), providing assistance in resolving problematic social and labor issues, as well as in observing the principles of business ethics by employees.
The main principles of the Ombudsman's work are independence, neutrality and impartiality, confidentiality and informality.
