The Main goal of the anti-corruption compliance service is to ensure compliance by the Company and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures.

The Tasks of the anti-corruption compliance service is to ensure compliance with the basic principles of anti-corruption in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” dated November 18, 2015. No. 410-V (hereinafter referred to as the Law), identification, assessment and reassessment of corruption risks, effective implementation of a system of anti-corruption measures in accordance with the Law.

Taking into account the above, when employees of the Company identify and/or encounter corruption crimes and situations with signs of a corruption nature, they must report these facts to the anti-corruption compliance service of the Company.
