NC KazAvtoZhol JSC has a risk management and internal control system aimed at achieving strategic and operational goals.
Risk management is an integral part of the strategic planning and corporate governance process. The risk management system (hereinafter referred to as the RMS) serves as a tool that supports the management decision-making process and the daily operating activities of NC KazAvtoZhol JSC.
The main goal of the RMS is to improve the efficiency of managing threats and opportunities. The objectives of the RMS are to prevent the occurrence of events that threaten the achievement of strategic and operational goals, if they occur, reduce the impact of such events to an acceptable level, as well as effectively respond to and manage unexpected situations, ensuring an effective internal control environment.
The structure of the RMS in NC KazAvtoZhol JSC is represented by risk management at several levels.
The Board of Directors plays a key role in overseeing the corporate risk management system.
The Board of JSC NC KazAvtoZhol is responsible for organizing an effective risk management system and creating a risk control structure to ensure implementation and adherence to corporate policies.
The Risk Management Service is responsible for organizing and coordinating the risk management process at NC KazAvtoZhol JSC.
