Sole shareholder

The founder of the Company is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property Committee and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023, the state body exercising the rights of ownership and use of a 100% state stake shares of the Company is the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole shareholder).
The company builds its relations with the shareholder in such a way that the rights and tasks of the shareholder are in the best possible way protected and implemented.
The tasks set by the shareholder are the basis of the Company’s Development Plan, for the implementation of which they are responsible Board of Directors, Management Board and employees of the Company.
