Procurement
From January 1, 2022, NC KazAvtoZhol JSC carries out procurement through the web portal goszakup.gov.kz in accordance with the following regulatory documents:
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On procurement of individual entities of the quasi-public sector”;
Rules for procurement by individual entities of the quasi-public sector, with the exception of the National Welfare Fund and organizations of the National Welfare Fund, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2021 No. 1253;
Rules for control carried out by the centralized service for control of procurement, with the exception of the centralized service for control of procurement of the National Wealth Fund, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2021 No. 1252;
Rules for the formation and maintenance of a register in the field of procurement of individual entities of the quasi-public sector, with the exception of the National Welfare Fund and organizations of the National Welfare Fund, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2021 No. 1215;
Rules for the operation of web portals for procurement of individual entities of the quasi-public sector, with the exception of the National Welfare Fund and organizations of the National Welfare Fund, including in the event of technical failures in the operation of web portals, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2021 No. 1216;
Rules for concluding and executing an offtake contract for individual entities of the quasi-public sector, with the exception of the National Welfare Fund and organizations of the National Welfare Fund, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2021 No. 1254.
