In order to ensure transparency in the Company's activities and proper planning of the target segment of the road construction materials market, the «Statement of needs for basic building materials, products, structures and equipment, taking into account the Kazakhstan content» on design estimates for projects for the construction, reconstruction and repair of highways of international and republican class highway has been published in open access [subclause 6 clause 10 of Chapter 6 of the Order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 229 dated March 19, 2015].

To all Users of toll roads (sections) of public use of republican significance!!!

In accordance with paragraphs. 5.3.11 clause 5.3 Public Agreement, the User is obliged to pay off the debt for travel on the toll road in within 7 (seven) calendar days after the provision of services. In case of evasion of payment for travel on a toll road, the Company  forced to turn to the judiciary or to a private notary to forcibly collect the debt.

Moreover, in the absence of payment within the established period, administrative liability arises in accordance with Art. 628 Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (fines: individuals - 5 MCI, legal entities - 10 MCI for each unit of equipment.

In pursuance of paragraph 1 of Article 5-2 of the Law of the Republic  Kazakhstan “On Highways”, it is necessary to provide a list of all vehicles that are exempt from paying for travel on toll roads (sections) of public use of republican significance.
